Personal Rclone Backup

Personal Rclone Backup is a private, non-commercial configuration of the open-source rclone tool. It is used by its owner to back up and synchronize files with the owner's own Google Drive account.

Purpose and features

The setup supports scheduled file backup and synchronization, as well as restoration of backed-up files. It is intended only for the owner's personal use and is not offered as a public service.

Google Drive access

Google OAuth authorization permits rclone to access Google Drive solely to perform owner-initiated backup, synchronization, and restoration tasks. Depending on the permissions granted and the configured task, rclone may list, read, upload, download, modify, and delete files in the authorized account.

Privacy
